The Ordering Network for Food and Drink Businesses.

Restaurants, cafés, hotels and shops order from every supplier in one app. Suppliers price, deliver and credit from one panel.

Before and After

Ordering Shouldn’t Happen in Voice Notes.

Most kitchens still order by text and phone after service, and sort out the shortfalls on paper the next morning. Here is the same week in Ordoria Business.

The Old Way
With Ordoria Business
The old way of ordering compared with Ordoria Business
Placing the OrderThe old way: Texts, calls and late-night voice notes to each rep, one supplier at a time. With Ordoria Business: One app with a cart per supplier. Your usual items come first and the order is on record the moment you send it.
Cut-OffsThe old way: You find out the order was too late when the van doesn’t turn up.With Ordoria Business: Each depot’s cut-off sits on the Order tab and is checked to the second, so a late order never slips quietly into the next run.
PricesThe old way: Price lists in PDFs and emails, and a total you only see on the invoice. With Ordoria Business: Your supplier’s current prices, promotions, delivery fee and minimum order, all before you send.
DeliveryThe old way: “Sometime tomorrow”, and a call to ask where it is.With Ordoria Business: Pick the day and the time slot your supplier really runs, or collect from the depot.
Missing or Damaged ItemsThe old way: A scribble on the paper delivery note and a credit you chase for weeks. With Ordoria Business: Report it on the order with photos. The supplier has 48 hours to reply and the credit note lands on the order.

How It Works

From the Order to the Credit Note.

The three arcs in our logo are the three jobs every business repeats each week. Ordoria Business keeps them in one place, with the supplier on the other end of the same order.

FAQ

Questions, Answered.

The things people ask before their first order.

Which Suppliers Can I Order From?

Any supplier on Ordoria whose delivery area covers your postcode. Each one keeps its own catalogue, prices and cart, so orders never get mixed up.

Does My Supplier Have to Join Ordoria?

No. You can send any order as a shared link. Your supplier sees the lines, the delivery date and your notes, with no prices, until the link expires. No sign-up needed on their side.

How Much Does It Cost?

Businesses pay a small service fee per order, shown at checkout, or subscribe to One for a £0 service fee. Product prices and delivery fees always come from your supplier.

See Pricing
Which Devices Does It Work On?

The ordering app runs on iPhone and Android. The business web panel and the supplier panel run in the browser on your computer.

How Do Returns Work?

Report a missing or damaged item on the order, with photos. Your supplier has 48 hours to reply, and the credit note is added to the same order.

How Is My Data Protected?

Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we only ever see the last four digits of a card. Passwords are stored hashed, everyone signs in with their own account, and roles decide who can order and who only tracks payments.

Tomorrow’s Delivery Starts with Tonight’s Order.

Tell us about your business or your depot, and we’ll get you and your team ready for the first order.
