Analytics Cookies Only If You Say Yes
Google Analytics sets its cookies only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. Until then, or if you press Decline, it sets and reads no cookie.
No Advertising Trackers
No advertising pixels, retargeting tags or social media widgets.
No Third-Party Fonts
Our typeface is served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn’t contact Google Fonts or any other font service.
One Note in Your Browser
Your Accept or Decline answer is kept in your browser’s local storage (ordoria-cookie-consent), so we don’t ask on every page. It holds nothing else.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people, so we can improve the site. The Google tag is on every page in Google’s Consent Mode. Before you accept, or if you decline, it stores nothing on your device; Google may still receive a basic signal that a page was viewed, with no cookie or identifier, which it uses only for overall counts. Advertising features are always off. Google processes this data for us and may handle it outside the UK. If you accept, these are the cookies it sets on business.ordoria.com:

Changing Your Mind
Open Cookie Settings, here or at the bottom of any page. If you switch from Accept to Decline, Google Analytics stops storing anything straight away and we delete the cookies it had set.
The Demo Request Form
The form sends what you type only when you press Send Request. It doesn’t save a draft in your browser or set a cookie. We use the details to answer your request.
Shared Order Lists
When a business sends an order as a link (business.ordoria.com/o/…), the page reads that order from our server and shows it without prices. Opening it sets no cookie.
The Apps and Web Panels
The Ordoria Business app and the business and supplier web panels are separate from this site. When you sign in to a web panel, it sets strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and remembers your language and whether the sidebar is open. These don’t need consent under the UK’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and they aren’t used for analytics or advertising.

If we ever add anything else that isn’t strictly necessary, we’ll ask you first, give you a real choice to say no, and update this page.

Mobile app. The app stores your sign-in tokens securely on your device, and keeps your cart, selected supplier, preferences and a catalogue cache in local storage. This is strictly necessary to provide the features you ask for.
